3. Dominicans have a rep for being not exactly prideful of their African Heritage..

Elaine Vilorio was one of those Dominicans who distanced herself from the “Black” label even when confronted by “I thought you were Black” “You definitely look Black”. Reading Black in Latin America was her “coming out” moment as a Black women.

And it’s a known fact that the largest number of Africans during the slave trade didn’t go to U.S but to places like the Caribbean and Brazil, so I guess that nappy hair a whole lot of Dominicans have that they try to hide under ‘blowouts’ and by marrying as white as possible came from Spain ? Yeah ok…

7. The Basketball Wives are on the cover of Upscale & Evelyn just couldn’t resist taking a shot at Royce..again by calling her a non factor.

What does Evelyn think she will be once Basketball Wives ends ? Because Love and Hip Hop Atlanta snatched the crown from Basketball Wives (which has basically run it’s course) as must see tv on VH1.

Look for Basketball Wives featuring Shaunie & her flock of birds to drop in August.

8. In Hindsight the antics of a naked Yeiner Garizabalo alternating between acrobatics and attacking people in San Francisco, is funny as hell to a lot of people on the internets.

But listening to the audio, you can hear complaints that the police are taking a wee bit to long to get to the scene. Can you just imagine the scenario with the police in limbo if this crazy man had a gun ?
